If you're not completely satisfied with our work, we'll re-clean the affected areas at no additional charge within 30 days of service. If you're still not satisfied, we'll provide a full refund. No questions asked.

All work performed by DMV Air Pure is warranted against defects in workmanship for 12 months. If any issue arises from our service — damaged components, improperly reinstalled vents, or incomplete cleaning — we'll fix it immediately at no cost.

When you add our EPA-registered antimicrobial treatment, we guarantee protection against mold and bacterial regrowth in your ductwork for 12 months. If mold returns in treated areas within the coverage period, we'll retreat at no charge.

We guarantee a measurable improvement in your indoor air quality after our service. We test air quality before and after cleaning and provide documented results. If we cannot demonstrate improvement, your service is free.

Every service includes before-and-after camera documentation, a detailed service report, and compliance certificates where applicable. If we fail to provide any documented element, you receive a $100 credit toward future service.

We respect your time. If our technician is more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment window without notification, you receive a $50 credit toward your service. Because punctuality matters.
