A Permanent Change of Station means a new home — but the air ducts are carrying years of the previous occupant's dust, pet dander, and allergens. Whether you are moving into on-base housing or an off-base rental, getting your ducts cleaned before your household goods arrive is the single best thing you can do for your family's air quality.
We work with military families through every PCS season. We can schedule around your DITY move dates, coordinate with your sponsor or housing office, and have everything done before your family arrives.
PCS Move-In Checklist
Schedule Before Unpacking
Book your duct cleaning between your walk-through and move-in day. An empty home means faster service and better access to every vent.
Check the Dryer Vent
Base housing and rental properties often have neglected dryer vents. Lint buildup is a leading cause of household fires. We inspect and clean it as part of our military package.
Get a Baseline Air Quality Report
Know exactly what you are breathing. We document the condition of your ductwork so you have a record for your landlord or housing office.
Replace All Filters
The previous occupant's filters are not your problem anymore. We include a fresh set of MERV 11 filters with every military package.
How to Verify Your Military Status
We keep it simple. Show any of the following at the time of service — no need to upload anything in advance.
Active Duty Military ID (CAC)
Show your Common Access Card at the time of service. All branches accepted.
DD-214 (Certificate of Release)
Veterans can present their DD-214 or a copy. We accept both short and long form.
Veterans Affairs Health Card
Your VA health identification card serves as proof of veteran status.
Veteran ID Card (VIC)
The official Veteran ID Card issued by the VA is accepted for all discounts.
Spouses and Dependents
Military spouses can receive the discount on behalf of the household. If the service member is deployed or unavailable, the spouse can present a dependent ID card or provide the service member's documentation. We never require the service member to be present.
